📜 GP’s Artistry – Keepsake Jewelry Policies & Terms

Thank you for trusting GP’s Artistry with your cherished memories. Every keepsake we create is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the deeply personal nature of this work, we ask that you carefully review the policies and terms below before placing your order.

By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. GP’s Artistry is not responsible for any misunderstandings or issues that arise if the client has not read this page in full.

💌 Accepted Materials

We accept the following items for keepsake jewelry:

Breastmilk (properly bagged and labeled)
Hair or fur (clean and dry)
Cremation ashes (in a tightly sealed container or bag)
Dried umbilical cord or placenta powder
Fabric, dried flowers, or handwritten notes (depending on design)

If you’re unsure whether your material can be used, please contact us before placing your order.

📦 Delivery & Drop-Off Policy

You may either:

Mail your contents (we recommend tracked shipping)
Drop off your materials by appointment only on Mondays from 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Drop-offs require a scheduled time slot. Walk-ins are not accepted. We’re happy to offer accommodations if arranged in advance.

⏳ Processing & Turnaround Time

Turnaround is typically 10-12 weeks from the date your materials are received, not from the order date.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be confirmed prior to ordering.

🎨 Customization Policy

Clients can choose colors, inclusions, glitter, shapes, and finishes.
Due to the nature of handmade resin work, slight variations, bubbles, or texture differences may occur. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly replicated.

🧼 Care Instructions

To preserve your keepsake:

Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and extended sunlight
Store in a dry, shaded place
Remove jewelry before bathing or physical activity

Resin is strong, but not indestructible—handle your piece with care.

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

Because every keepsake is custom and sentimental, all sales are final.
Cancellations before content is received may be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing fees). No refunds will be issued once materials are received or work has begun.

🔒 Material Handling Disclaimer

We treat your materials with the utmost respect. However, due to the unpredictable nature of organic materials and the preservation process, changes or inconsistencies may naturally occur.
We are not liable for unexpected reactions, material loss due to contamination, or degradation over time.

📍 Pickup & Shipping

You’ll be notified when your keepsake is ready.

Pickups are scheduled by appointment only.
Shipping is available for a flat fee. GP’s Artistry is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once shipped.

📸 Photo & Social Media Consent

We only share photos of completed pieces with your permission.
No identifying information or personal story will be included unless you provide written consent. We deeply respect your privacy.

🛍️ Storage of Unused Materials

We use only what is needed for your order. Unused contents will be returned upon request. Otherwise, they will be respectfully stored for 30 days and then discarded if no pickup or instructions are given.

🧾 Invoicing & Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of ordering.
For custom invoices or additional services, payment is required in advance before work begins.
Unpaid invoices after 7 days may result in order cancellation.

📣 Advertisement & Representation Policy

All completed designs remain the intellectual property of GP’s Artistry unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right to use product photos for advertising or marketing—only if you’ve given consent.

🚫 Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abusive communication.
Respectful and professional interactions are expected. If service is terminated due to conduct, no refund will be issued if work has already begun.
