The production office is located upstairs and does not have an elevator.

A consultation does not reserve an order spot until payment requirements are completed.

Keepsake orders generally require approximately a minimum10–12 weeks.

Flowers should be brought as soon as possible when they are fresh.

Breastmilk clients should bring approximately 2–4 ounces when available.

Can't make it to our studio? GP's Artistry proudly serves clients nationwide! Simply schedule your consultation first, and we'll guide you through the shipping process to ensure your precious inclusions arrive safely.

Packaging Tips

Secure all inclusions in sealed bags or leak-proof containers.

Wrap fragile items with bubble wrap or protective padding.

Place everything inside a sturdy shipping box.

Include your name, phone number, and order number inside the package.
Recommended Shipping
We recommend shipping with USPS, UPS, or FedEx and purchasing a service that includes tracking. Tracking provides peace of mind and allows both you and GP's Artistry to monitor your package until it arrives safely.
Once We Receive Your Package
You'll receive a confirmation once your package has been delivered and checked into our system. Your inclusions will be carefully stored until it's time to begin creating your custom keepsake.
Returning Your Leftover Inclusions
Any remaining inclusions that are eligible to be returned will be shipped back with your completed keepsake unless otherwise requested. If you do not wish to have your leftover inclusions returned, please let us know before production begins.
