• Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.  If your items are returned due to an incomplete/invalid address, input by customer (i.e., forgetting to include the apartment number) you will be subject to another shipping charge in order to redeliver your item. If we (the sender) are at fault, you will not be subject to any additional charges.

• We will attempt in good faith to deliver your items in accordance with your order, but we will not be responsible or liable for any delays or failure in such delivery due to a third-party carrier (USPS/FEDEX/UPS). Customer agrees to contact carrier regarding any delivery issues once item has been marked as accepted/scanned/ and or delivered by USPS.

• Products do not include hanging hardware, professional installation is highly recommended .

Return/Exchange Policy

• Our collections are custom made to order. We do NOT accept full refunds on custom orders.

• We accept exchanges for any product that is incorrect or has been damaged upon delivery. Please email customer service within 24 hours of delivery --- hellopenny@gpsartistry.com  Email must include photo of the damaged or wrong item received.

International Shipping Policy

• The buyer is responsible for all customs and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges and available services will vary based on package weight and destination.

• Each piece is handmade and may have small imperfections on the surface of the resin such as fine bubbles, ripples or small particles that have cured within the resin during its 24-48 hour drying stage. Epoxy Resin may yellow over time when exposed to UV light, please keep your piece of work out of direct sunlight
