Keepsake Appointment Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in creating a keepsake with GP’s Creative Corner. We’re honored to help preserve your special memories. Please review the following policy before booking: 1. Appointment Availability: Keepsake appointments (calls or in-person) are held on Mondays only and must be booked in advance. These sessions may be for placing an order or simply inquiring—there is no obligation to purchase during the appointment. 2. Payment Policy: If you choose to move forward with your keepsake, full payment is required at the time of order. There are no deposits or partial payments accepted. 3. Rescheduling Requests: Reschedules are not guaranteed and are only considered upon request. Approval depends on the nature of the inclusion—especially in cases involving fresh or dried flowers, which are time-sensitive. All reschedule requests are reviewed at the owner’s discretion. 4. Design Confirmation: Details such as layout, colors, text, and materials will be confirmed at the time of order. Once approved, no changes can be made, so please ensure all details are accurate. 5. Order Completion & Pick-Up: Keepsakes are handmade with great care. The estimated pick-up window is 10–12 weeks, but this may be extended based on the complexity or nature of the keepsake. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping—depending on what you selected at the time of booking. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
