Let us bring the creative process to your doorstep with our exclusive In-Home Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service for keepsakes. Perfect for busy families, grieving loved ones, or anyone who prefers convenience, this service ensures your special items are handled with care from start to finish—without you ever leaving home. Available to residents within 25 miles of our studio (1830 Ryan Street Suite A, Lake Charles, LA), we’ll come directly to you to collect your inclusions or keepsake contents, and once your order is complete (typically in 10–12 weeks), we’ll personally deliver your finished piece back to you. This optional service includes: ✔️ $40 flat fee, paid upfront ✔️ Full payment for your keepsake is due at pick-up (cash, card, or check accepted) ✔️ Professional handling of all sentimental materials ✔️ A personal, caring touch from start to finish Whether you’re preserving flowers, ashes, fabric, or other treasured items, we’re honored to be part of your keepsake journey—now with even more ease and comfort.
Cancellation Policy
In-Home Inclusion Pick-Up This upgraded option offers a convenient in-home inclusion pick-up service plus an on-site consultation (by request) for clients located within a 25-mile radius of our studio at 1831 8th St. Suite A, Lake Charles, LA. 🗓 Availability Pick-ups are only scheduled on Mondays. Exceptions may be made at the owner’s discretion depending on the situation and schedule availability. 💵 Payment A $40 flat-rate fee is required and must be paid in full online at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and secures your place for both pick-up and consultation (if requested). Your keepsake order must be paid in full at the time of pick-up via cash, card, or personal check. 📦 What's Included: Secure pick-up of your keepsake inclusions (flowers, ashes, fabric, etc.) from your home. Optional on-site consultation lasting up to 45 minutes to discuss your vision, available upon advance request only at the time of booking. Your inclusions will be handled with great care and securely transported back to the studio. 🔔 Reminders You will be notified when your keepsake is ready for delivery, local pick-up, or shipping. No turnaround time is guaranteed, as each piece is unique and timelines vary. By booking, you agree to these terms. This service is designed to provide added convenience and personal care from the comfort of your home.
